Kaylin Rhoads

Kaylin has worked with ThreePoint Consulting for over three years. She brings positive energy and an eagerness to build strong relationships with clients and everyone she works with. Kaylin helps clients execute inclusive change management processes and "win" buy-in for redesigned compensation systems. Her clients include independent schools, charter schools, professional service firms and a range of industrial companies.

Kaylin has developed an expertise assessing competitive pay practices. This includes benchmarking teacher pay across the U.S., China, and Brazil, assessing competitive compensation for professional sales roles in major accounting firms, and pricing senior leader roles in major industrial companies. In addition to benchmarking competitive pay, she has designed salary structures for faculty, staff and administrators at schools and developed total rewards packages for a diversified family-owned business in the Midwest.

Kaylin graduated Cum Laude with a B.S. in Sport and Event Management from Elon University. In her free time, she can be found curled up with a great book, spending time with her family, being active outside and living a healthy lifestyle.
