Kelly Daniells

Kelly brings to her work a passion for helping organizations create engaging work environments and connecting people with enriching job opportunities. She completes primary and secondary research in the areas of compensation, benefits, and talent sourcing across the US and internationally.

Prior to joining ThreePoint, Kelly was the Talent Acquisition Lead at Dyson US where she was responsible for leading all recruitment activities in the US market. Previously, Kelly worked at Navistar as an HR Business Partner and then Talent Acquisition Manager - Campus and Diversity. Throughout her career, her focus has been on recruiting strategy, employee relations, performance management, developmental coaching, HR process improvement, and group facilitation.

Kelly holds a Master’s degree in Management and Organizational Behavior with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Benedictine University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois University. In her free time, Kelly enjoys using her hands to express her creativity through weaving, knitting, cooking, and gardening. She currently lives in Chicago with her husband and two small children.
